Welcome to Claudie’s Catering & Restaurant, the culinary home of Chef Claude Sagne a place where every dish tells a story, every flavor has a purpose, and every guest is treated like family.

Originally from the South of France, in Montpellier, Claude and his family proudly share the authentic Mediterranean flavors and warmth that inspire their cuisine.

Born in the heart of France and refined in kitchens around the world, Chef Claude Sagne brings decades of culinary artistry to the table. With nearly 20 years of experience as a professional caterer in France, Claude has mastered the art of creating memorable meals that bring people together.

Our Story

What began as a passion for cooking in a small Parisian kitchen evolved into a

successful catering career serving weddings, private events, and fine dining

clients across France.

After nearly two decades of delighting palates overseas, Claude brought his

vision to Florida, opening Claudie’s Catering & Restaurant a true reflection of

his journey, his values, and his flavors.

Supported by his wife Aurielle, his children Mayna, Kayvan, and Shaelyn, and his

son-in-law Mathys, who joined the family in December 2023, Claude continues

this wonderful culinary adventure with heart and dedication.
